Bike Route has a full fleet of road and mountain demo bicycles.  Scott CR1 Pro bicycles—in complete Mavic Neutral Support motif—make up our road demos.  For MTB, we have a full selection of Cannondale Rush & Prophet bikes available.

Ride the bike you’re interested in buying before committing, in the environment you’re used to, where/how you’ll use it.  Or if you are visiting from out of town and can’t or don’t want to bring your ride, rent one of ours.

The process is as follows:

1. Call or come by to inquire about availability.  Reservations are gladly accepted;

2. Fill out a demo agreement waiver.  Be sure to bring a valid picture ID (drivers licenses are preferred).  We will take an imprint of your credit card number, in the amount of the bike, just in case (we don’t run it unless you don’t bring the bike back, or wish to purchase the demo bike(s));

3. Bring shoes and pedals if you have them.  We can fit you to the bike, and for MTBs, setup the suspension for your weight and riding style;

4. The charge is $35/bike/day, or $140/bike/week, which is applicable towards the purchase of a bicycle from the shop;

5. Bring it back when you’re done!
